The defining feature of this kitchen is its European walnut veneer, selected for its rich colour, subtle warmth and naturally expressive grain. Rather than aiming for a uniform appearance, we deliberately embraced variation throughout the cabinetry to create a more dynamic and individual result.

To achieve this, we sourced veneer bundles from three separate walnut logs, carefully combining them across the kitchen. The contrast in tone, figure and grain pattern creates a sense of movement that would be impossible to achieve from a single log. Each surface reveals different markings and characteristics, celebrating the natural variation that makes walnut such a prized material for fine furniture and bespoke interiors.

The result is a kitchen that feels collected rather than manufactured – sophisticated, tactile and unmistakably unique. Every panel tells part of the story of the timber, bringing depth and personality to the space while showcasing the craftsmanship behind its making.
